Paul Kuppich

Paul Kuppich joined Princeton Equity Group in 2025 as Partner, where he focuses on capital formation and firm strategy. He also serves as the Firm’s General Counsel.

Paul brings extensive experience in private equity advisory and fundraising, having supported capital raises across both emerging and established managers, including Princeton’s own funds.

Prior to Princeton, Paul was a Partner and Co-Founder of Aviditi Advisors, where he led project management, originated mandates, and covered investors across the Northeastern U.S. and Canada. He previously worked with the Credit Suisse Private Fund Group and began his career as an attorney at Weil, Gotshal & Manges, advising sponsors and institutional investors on private equity transactions and fund formation.

Paul holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame and a J.D. from the University of Michigan. He is a member of the New York Bar.
