Max Bastian

Max joined Princeton in 2025 and focuses on sourcing and executing transactions. He also provides operating support to our portfolio companies. Prior to Princeton, Max was an Associate and Senior Associate at Platte River Equity where he executed transactions in the industrial, aerospace & defense, and chemicals & agriculture sectors. Prior to joining Platte River, Max was an Investment Banking Analyst at Simmons Energy | A Division of Piper Sandler.

Max holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
