Jason Kramer

Jason joined Princeton in 2026 and focuses on supporting portfolio companies with strategic and operational initiatives. Before joining Princeton, he was an investment professional at Newlight Partners, where he executed transactions and advised portfolio companies across the business services, infrastructure, and healthcare sectors. He began his career at PwC as part of the Financial Due Diligence team.
Jason holds a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
