Guillaume Bonniol

Guillaume joined Princeton in 2025 and focuses on supporting our portfolio companies in operational and strategic initiatives.

Before joining Princeton, Guillaume was an SVP and General Manager with Amplifon, the global leader in hearing aid retail. In this role, he led 2 business units that he successfully transformed to accelerate their growth while increasing their profitability. He has also worked with EssilorLuxottica, the global eyewear leader, in their retail division focused on growth initiatives where he started to build his healthcare retail and health insurance expertise.

Guillaume had previously worked as a management consultant with McKinsey. He was involved in a large selection of industries helping his clients resolve some of their most challenging business challenges. He started his career at Bouygues Construction where he was managing real estate development programs.

Guillaume holds a MSc. From Ecole Polytechnique, France and an MBA from the University Of Chicago Booth School of Business.
