Doug Kennealey

Doug co-founded Princeton Equity Group, co-leads its investment activities, and co-leads the Firm’s investment committee. Prior to Princeton, Doug spent nearly 20 years as a private equity investor at Summit Partners, Silver Lake, Brazos, and MPK Equity Partners (which he co-founded in 2015).

Doug led investments in KidStrong, Pirtek, Five Star Franchising, and Ellie Mental Health. His previous investment experience includes European Wax Center (acquired by General Atlantic), Unleashed Brands (acquired by Seidler Equity Partners), and Radiance Holdings (acquired by TSG Consumer Partners). Doug holds a B.A., magna cum laude, in Theology and Economics from Boston College (Honors Program) and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School. Doug is actively involved in Cristo Rey School of Dallas and 51 Vets.
