Revamped franchisor sales process, which increased average monthly licenses sales over 100% in 12 months.

Overhauled franchise development including building out the team and increasing visibility into acquisition and conversion rates by lead source. Revamped FDDs for several brands, including improvements to Item 19 and overall offering.

Retooled franchise development process by adding two new lead sources and hired lead qualifier. Completely reworked sales script, FDD, and candidate selection process.

Competition for the customer is more intense than ever. We work with our brands to build high-quality capabilities to drive customers in the door while optimizing return on marketing, giving our brands a distinct competitive advantage.

Added CMO and built internal marketing team to support franchisees. Overhauled brand marketing strategy with new agency relationship. Launched new SEO strategy with a technology partner.

Identified category leading digital marketing agency to drive unit-level leadflow.

Hired marketing professional and expanded marketing resources for franchisees including revamped digital marketing initiatives. Bolstered engagement with existing customers resulting in large increase in repeat purchases.

FusionPoint™ is a robust, proprietary technology platform and database that uses algorithms to track companies, market trends, and people. We leverage FusionPoint™ to help our partner companies source acquisition targets, identify new management team members, and gain market and competitive intelligence.

FusionPoint™ developed a database of M&A opportunities in key MSAs to provide proprietary deal flow opportunities.

FusionPoint™ identified several additional concepts that have been successfully acquired.

FusionPoint™ team built a comprehensive database of approximately 6,000 acquisition candidates and facilitated outreach to priority targets.
